since young Jia Xiang Restaurant located at Kim Seng road was a memory for me.I remember mum bringing me there for dinner & i love their salad prawns lotsa.
but we stopped visiting them cos mum said their chef has changed & food was not as good anymore.
decided to give them a try after like 123... 10 years?!
main dish: egg white with dried scallop fried rice
my fav corn soup with crab meat !!
mentioned earlier on. their signature dish, salad prawn, which mum was right... it has nth special anymore.
dessert yam paste which i always desire for =)
